We have over 15 years working in all aspects of fashion, design, running and managing brands, lecturing and manufacture. We thought that we had worked on every conceivable commission.
However, when one of our dearest friends asked us to create the perfect stole for their ordination, we were presented with the most awesome and exciting opportunity. Working with them in our central Cambridge workshop, we chose amazing Spanish fabrics from the same company that supplies the Vatican, and created personalised embroidery that marks one of the most significant moments in their lives.
After engaging with this deeply personal and life changing process, we felt inspired to begin the Cambridge Stoles journey in the hope of offering the same unique service to others.
